Support is provided for any of our themes purchased our website or any other marketplace that ThemeBeans officially partakes in.
2. Hours of Operation
Support hours are generally Monday – Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm Eastern Standard Time. Please note that our team usually does not work weekends and most holidays.
We do not provide support for our free themes, the use or issues arising from 3rd party plugins, troubleshooting issues occurring in versions of Internet Explorer older than version 8, WordPress itself, or customization requests.
4. Theme Licenses
As with every initial theme purchase, each buyer receives a six-month updates and support license included in the initial purchase. In order to send a support request, you will need to be logged into your ThemeBeans account with a valid license.
5. Bug Fixes
It is our commitment to fix all theme bugs as quickly as possible. During general support hours, we usually fix bugs within 24 – 48 hours at the most. In addition, we tend to update our themes about once a month or so, to keep them well oiled.
6. Help Guides
We ask that you read through the theme documentation and the help articles before asking a support question. This will save everyone a lot of time. Both the documentation and the articles cover theme installation, set-up and other important usage facets.
